The home visits in Belgium:
Housing: transferee is given listing of properties from reputable estate-agents selected by Brussels Relocation. The transferee will have to take contact with the estate-agents to set-up visits to the properties. If needed, a delegate from Brussels Relocation will visit the selected place to give advice on location, quality, value....
We will review the lease-contract prior to signature by the transferee, if needed, a delegate from Brussels Relocation will be present during signature of the lease-contract.
Moving in and administration:
The connection of utilities such as gas, electricity, water, oil supply, telephone, T.V. cable, internet, etc. is supervised.
Advice is given on the necessary or compulsory insurance policies. The transferee is given a list of reputable insurance brokers or introduced to the Corporate selected insurance broker.
Information will be given on local registration formalities.
